'To help all our Netballer\'s stay ACTIVE throughout this LOCKDOWN 2.0, we have created Netball specific workout that you can follow along and do at home in your own time. It focuses on mobility, stability and agility for Netball.  Make sure you aim to get these done about 3 times a week. It does not take much time at all. Add a few runs into the mix and you will come out this other side of Lockdown ready to play!
